I haven't looked at the glossary for years. The only place it shows up in
a SAML construct is as <AuthenticationContext> and its children, which has
nothing whatsoever to do with the IdP class in V2 called
AuthenticationContext.

Anywhere else it shows up in the spec is probably as "security context"
which is a hand-wavy means of referring to the environment you set up for
a logged in user in some application or service. Somewhat related to but
distinct from "session".
