All times in SAML are UTC. So use UTC on your server to compare to the timestamps in the messages your receive.

Hi,

I am implementing a Service Provider using OpenSAML.

I want to validate the issue instant of the response and assertion and also the NotOnOrAfter and NotBefore in the Subject. How can I do this? How can I take into account the different time zone.

Is there a code snippet that I can use?
