Hopefully closing this thread. I believe I have re-configured Jenkins so that it is again producing nightly builds and our project hierarchies are automatically maintained during continuous building. I deleted the nightly jobs and re-created them as "freestyle" rather than "maven 2/3" jobs. Most jobs now have Javadoc and Site links.
