Thanks, I pushed a commit with fix. I missed this because I ran into
IdPv3 build problems, and just punted on the servlet integration for
now. I tried an IdPv3 build just now for kicks and it built clean, but
still no idp-war artifact. When you say "deployed idp-war," is that a
manual step?
