Asaf,

You're asking pretty basic questions here. You need to ask your IdP administrator to turn off encryption. You may also need to have your metadata changed so it does not request encryption. If you are the IdP administrator (and I think you mentioned Shibboleth IdP earlier), then look at the Shibboleth wiki for the documentation on configuration.

Any questions regarding Shibboleth configuration should be posted to the Shib Users list (not here on the dev list).
