also I notice
You are using these lines to set header instead you could use stf.setheader

 if (!g_spoofKey.empty())
            pn->SetHeader(pfc, "ShibSpoofCheck:",
const_cast<char*>(g_spoofKey.c_str()));


Get methods are working perfect but set method ...
