Customise make file for mod_shib

Hi ,

I have small question for Apache module mod_shib.cpp.
I was try to implement customise cookie handling for Shibboleth as per our
requiremt.

For VS2010 (IIS) I am able to build code for which I have included few
header && source files.
But same code for Apache I am not able to modify makefile.
I gone through make file and really wondering where to change/What to
change .

WSLCookieHandler.cpp
cookie.cpp
