I wasn't aware I said anything about IdP-inistiated (or
SP-initiated). I simply took up TomS's term "internal SSO" believing
it referring to intra-domain (e.g. campus or company-internal) SSO.

UApprove isn't about authorization, it's about legal grounds for
releasing PII to third parties.
