Of course there's more to it and even my own example is probably
bogus. E.g. those on campus wanting to integrate with the gorilla IdPs
can do that today via (probably) proprietary APIs provided by those.

But since pieces we (or our constituency) consider(s) critical today
are missing from the picture completely I consider any kind of
committment to be premature. Especially in this phase of the project.
