I don't know yet, it's a very invasive change to the worst code and will
be at high risk of breaking something in the session cache.

I seem to be the only piece of code in the world that still does anything
with IP addresses, and I'm starting to wonder if that's really on me to
maintain if IPv6 is clearly telling people they should treat them as
unstable.
