SP 2.5, using ECP

I wiped my test system, and re-installed CentOS. And re-installed SP 
2.5. And now the ECP support is working as expected. No more shibd faults.

Sorry for my confusing previous msg -- my shibboleth.repo file was 
actually using the new 2.5 repository.

These were actually different physical machines.

But, glad to report that with the latest versions of SP 2.5 that the 
metadata attribute extractor seems to be working as expected.
