What is the status of IdPv3?

Unfortunately it's quite far behind as other things were prioritized
about it.  I believe all those items are now completed so hopefully
work will pick up again on the IdP.  I don't have a new timeline to
offer yet.  That will be a discussion item at the next developers
face-to-face next month.
