Service Provider 2.5 Beta 1 release

I'll be making a formal announcement once I have a few more bits of
documentation completed tomorrow, but the first beta is posted. There may
be some additional beta releases over the next few weeks, depending on bug
accumulation.

Source code and Windows installers are available at:
http://shibboleth.net/downloads/service-provider/2.5.0b1/

The RPMs are in the usual prerelease repositories:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Scott_Cantor/

I'll be putting some formal release notes together.

The Windows installer has been rewritten from scratch, and is very changed
in this release. Full details will be forthcoming. It *may* be possible to
upgrade the Windows installation from the beta(s) to the final release,
but this isn't guaranteed, so don't plan on it.

As always, the RPM packages will not be upgradeable to the final release
(other than by force I suppose).

A small note about the RH6/CentOS6 Xerces issue. I screwed that up; I
overlooked the presence of Xerces 3.0 there, or at least misunderstood the
implications of not using it, and I'm kind of stuck now without breaking
the upgrade path from 2.4.3, so I'm still using my own 3.1.1 package in
those builds.

As always, all existing configuration files should work with this version.

Please report any bugs or unexplained behavior you find to the issue
tracker, and thank you for your help in testing.
