SP 2.5 Release Candidate

I've uploaded source[1] and RPMs are building now in the prerelease
repository[2].

I'll have a Windows installer built probably tomorrow at some point,
Thursday latest.

This is feature-frozen and will be very close to the final release. I've
done a full Solaris build with this source and am getting those build docs
refreshed this week. Mac also builds of course.

Between now and release is purely testing and documentation time, it will
be final when I'm confident enough I won't have to do a 2.5.1 in a week.

Between now and the release, I'll be pushing out a new release of
xml-security (1.7.0)[3] that is not required but adds an important
encryption algorithm for some platforms that aren't Linux and don't insist
on shipping OpenSSL versions older than my cat.

Thank you in advance for any testing. Thank you also to Penn State and
Derek Morr for getting a new Godzilla-sized VM host set up quickly for me
to help get my testing and builds done.
