OpenSAML Java library

The OpenSAML library contains all the elements for the SAML 1 and SAML
2 core specification as well as a few SAML extensions that have be
ratified by OASIS.  It also includes the XACML 2.0 core specification
elements and the XACML-SAML 2.0 binding elements.  There are not any
proprietary extensions within the library that I can recall.
