Hi Steve,

You should update libxml-security-c16 to avoid the segmentation fault.
# yum update libxml-security-c16

It does not work with libxml-security-c16-1.6.1-3.1 (from security_shibboleth repository), and works with 1.6.1-4.1 (from home_Scott_Cantor repository).
I don't know why...

I'll prepare stack traces and file a bug.
