OpenSAML1 1.1 Java Sources

There was an unfortunate version naming scheme in use when OpenSAML 1
(and Shib 1) was developed where letters were used instead of a patch
release number.  So 1.1b would better have been called 1.1.2 and is,
if I recall, the last release in that series.
