Question about using ResourceBackedMetadataProvider

I read the document, which says that FileBackedHTTPMetadataProvider is
dprecated in favor of ResourceBackedMetadataProvider

Regarding the second question. Can you tell me whether it is correct or
not? For more details, I will look at the IdP source code.
