IdP 3 Release Date?

I'll try to think of one, in the meantime I've forwarded the emails about the consortium up the management chain yet again with a bit more of a hint at the project EOL'ing. Hopefully I can get some money out of them for it, as they like all the cool things I've been able to do with Shibboleth since I've set it up here.

Yep, I understand that a lot of people are in that position.  The flip
side, of course, is what position will people be in if the project
goes EOL.  I hope people understand than a couple grand a year (or
less if lots of people do it) is a whole lot less than the
alternative.

One question I have, for you and others in general, is whether there
is a different model that we could put in place that would make it
easier for people to contribute cash.  if you have an idea, please let
me know.
