IdP 3 Release Date?

Definitely do not wait for IdPv3.

At the moment, the funding situation for the Consortium is very
uncertain.  If more people don't step up, the release date for any
additional software is going to be "never".  On the upside, if we can
get the funding worked out we do have another developer waiting to
come on board to help with the IdP and that would help things work
happen more quickly.  So, we'll see how that works out.
