Remote User Auth Seraph Plugin for Jira 5.x

I tried to minimize the differences between the jira and confluence plugins
in hopes that merging them may be in the future. There seem to be enough
API differences between the two Atlassian products that having a single
class
for both probably isn't realistic. However I was able to use most of Gary's
support classes without any real mods so having a single plugin with a
separate
class for "jiraRemoteUserAuth" and "confluenceRemoteUserAuth" should
be doable.
