slow svn.shibboleth.net ?

Are connections to svn.shibboleth.net known to be slow ?

If I remember correctly, at some point in the past, synchronizing svn
externals was an issue, I think.

About half-an-hour before the call today I tried to sync my local
java-identity-provider projects with the shibboleth repository in
eclipse via Team -> Synchronize with Repository. It might have
finished before the call ended, but I forgot about it while I was
updating java.

I have attempted due diligence and followed the setup instructions
regarding svn and eclipse from the shib wiki.

Maybe it's a Tennessee thing...
