idp build problems

I checked out a fresh copy today of the IdP 2 projects, but I'm having problems building the installation package itself. All of the packages are building the jar files, but java-shib-idp2-main doesn't actually build either the tar or zip install package. At least using command line maven on my mac. Should that work still? Or is this a side effect of the Eclipse 3.7 changes?
