Yeah, it is out of date.  I'm not sure that we're maintaining that any more.

Since the java-opensaml2-main thing is old, we don't have that any
more.  Just checkout the 3 individual projects and build and install in
your local Maven repo in the order java-xmltooling, java-openws,
java-opensaml2.
