Metadata Aggregator - Issues with XMLSignatureSigningStage

Yeah, as I've tried to be clear any time I talk about it, the current
aggregator is not for the faint of heart.  You have to know about
Spring and you have to understand metadata and your needs pretty
clearly before trying to do much with it.
