SessionInitiator settings problem

That page is out of date, I'll correct it. Meanwhile, you can stop trying
to use the advanced syntax. If you need to set the IdP entityID, you do it
in the SSO element. That's also where discovery settings would go.

The actual error involved can be found in shibd.log or native.log, not
Apache.
