Problem deploying LoginHandler extension (classpath issue?)

At this point then the only thing I can think of is either a typo
spring.handlers file or, maybe the class you mentioned doesn't extend
edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.config.BaseSpringNamespaceHandler.
