Problem deploying LoginHandler extension (classpath issue?)

The class does extend BaseSpringNamespaceHandler.

Here is the line entry from spring.halders again:

http\://www.example.org/NTERLoginHandlerSchema = org.nter.usermgmt.service.NTERNamespaceHandler

Does that look correct to you (I've already double checked spelling and case) ?
