The new CSS is called placeholder.css so that it gets installed on upgrades because any “newly” installed modules that might place versions of the new templates into a system will “work” at least insofar as they’re meant to. If we kept calling it main.css, that wouldn’t get updated and any new views added at runtime would be assuming the new CSS and find the old one.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0">I’ll write up some docs on dealing with this such as advising people to copy/adjust the styles into their own main.css and updating any templates they put into production to reference that instead of placeholder.css, which I’m going to support with a new Spring message property to derive the style sheet name.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0">The new templates also support an inline CSS via a Velocity template that allows for the colors to be set with Java proprtties. This can just be removed if people don’t need it.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0">So far I have hit:</p>
