A strategy enum can be supplied either via static config on the resolver, or dynamically in the criteria. The dynamic value from criteria overrides the static property. Strategy can be Off, Batch, Dynamic, All. (The Dynamic is probably not useful in reality, but for symmetry seemed appropriate to support).</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0">If this approach works out, then still need:</p>
<ul>
<li>Spring parser support in the IdP for the static config property.</li>
<li>Support in the admin flow of the IdP for dynamically adding the strategy to the criteria if specified via query param, etc.</li>
