I know that it runs on Tomcat so something else is going on.<br><br>I believe we are ultimately headed for a situation where Tomcat will simply not be possible to support. We're not going backward and Tomcat is not our priority, so if you want the best answer, it's Jetty. But until we officially pull the plug we need to find a way to determine what the trigger is.<br><br>The specific install that worked is 9.0.36, which is close but not the same. I can update to the latest and re-test there, I would not bother with anything older than current.<br><br>I'll have to review the code path and see if I can figure out where it may be going off the rails, but my guess is one workaround might be to use file:///opt/shibboleth-idp as the idp.home value and see if that helps.<br><br>I suspect we'd hold 4.1.1 for a fix if it looks possible, but if this isn't reproducible I doubt we would wait.</span> </td>
