It's hard to see what they are doing in a lot of places, where collections that <em>were</em> passed to the builder are mutated and then compared "notSame" against the result of the corresponding getter. The problem with "notSame" tests is that they almost always return true no matter what is compared (as long as TestNG isn't broken, leave that to one side as there was a bug in TestNG 7.4.0 which broke exactly that). After review, we should take a view as to which of these tests actually make sense and perhaps comment their intent.</p> </td>
