We'll have no choice but to leave much of this in place until V5 at the soonest but all of the explicit references should be stubbed into imports of classpath resources.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">Phase 1 is the MVC dispatcher context, which is a child of the root, and the eventual parent of the flow contexts. For now, the files have been moved into idp-conf-impl and stubbed. The web.xml references were left alone for now to verify compatibility. Before 4.1, they can be replaced.</p> </td>
