<li>Above you mentioned the SP's logic for selecting the "best" <tt>AuthnStatement</tt> when there are multiples. Can you provide details? For now the strategy function is just defaulted in the ctor for <tt>ProcessAssertionsForAuthentication</tt>. Just selects the first one.</li>
<li>Same on selecting the authentication <tt>Assertion</tt> when there are multiples. Right now it filters by 1) valid <tt>Assertions</tt> 2) only those with at least 1 <tt>AuthnStatement</tt> 2) only those with a confirmed <tt>Subject</tt>. If there's still more than 1, is there any obvious strategy other than pick the first?</li>
<li>Above you mentioned some SAML spec rules for the multiple <tt>Assertion</tt> case to enforce. I couldn't find those, do you have a pointer to the right document?</li>
<li><tt>AuthnStatement/SubjectLocality/@DNSName</tt> - does the SP support validation of this? How? Trying to reverse DNS map the presenter IP addr to domain names seems like a problematic idea...</li>
<li><tt>InResponseTo</tt> - This is currently not validated or checked against the outbound <tt>AuthnRequest</tt>. For this case should we? I ask b/c the SP never does, right, even when it is an SP-inited exchange?</li>
<li>For the <tt>ValidateAssertions</tt> action, one can optionally specify via a property that if an invalid <tt>Assertion</tt> is seen, it is fatal and returns a non-proceed event. It's defaulted to true. This action is intended to generally useful for other use cases (like a "real" SP), hence the option. Does that make sense here or should we let it flow through to <tt>ProcessAssertionsForAuthentication</tt> and fail there? I don't know if it matters which flow action errors out and/or if the eventID matters.</li>
<li><tt>AuthnStatement/AuthnContext</tt> - is there any validation that should be done in the core <tt>Assertion</tt> validation? Seems more informational to me for later in the flow, but just wanted to check.</li>
