<td class="text-paragraph-pattern-container mobile-resize-text " style="padding: 0px; border-collapse: collapse; padding: 0 0 10px 0"> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0; margin-top: 0">I'm in autoconf hell at the moment so my comments are really off the cuff to this point, but I totally agree with using the certificates in the metadata to lock this down, and that's not a concern since all roles inherently have KeyDescriptor content.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">It's just the use of an AttributeAuthority that feels off since that's quite specific to SAML attribute query usage, whereas IDPSSO and SPSSO roles are very generalized to mean anything performing authentication exchanges, which this feels more like to me.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">The issue of whether there are callbacks or SOAP or any of that is really orthogonal since any role can potentially do that kind of thing, but since we want to avoid schema creation if possible, we can be a little creative. I just need to look at what it's doing more closely to see what the best option would be, but I'm inclined to lean toward an SPSSODescriptor with a special PGurl endpoint (could just be a binding) and I think you'd end up in the same place with less contortion.</p> </td>
