The dual server module detection stuff does't work in the wild because of our old IIS friend, protection. The application pool doesn't have the rights to the key. Rather than open that can of worms (its all configurable I guess) I'll create a "writeable by everyone" key during installation <tt>HKLM\SOFTWARE\Shibboleth\PublicRWKey</tt> and put our volatile key below

The warning doesn't go into the logs that early, so we will need to use the registry. Bleargp

The specific IISNative installer will need to update the isapi_shib plugin to make sure that that re-entrancy test works (I had already done the configration schema). This means changing the 4th digit of the version (so the change is noticed) and using the same<br /> Component as the standard installer.
