<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:10px;; margin: 10px 0 0 0">2017-03-18 14:14:19 ERROR XMLTooling.ParserPool <span class="error">[11477]</span> shib_handler: fatal error on line 1, column 1, message: invalid byte '<BB>' at position 1 of a 1-byte sequence</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:10px;; margin: 10px 0 0 0">and this causes the module to display an error to the user.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:10px;; margin: 10px 0 0 0">Removing +%BB from the end of the POST content is a work around and does not trigger the error.</p>
