<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I thought I had hit ant.bat, but I did see it. I didn't know the MSI had classpath logic in it, but that makes sense, also sort of suggests it's best to leave well enough alone and maybe document the webapp/ location as a supported location to access the jars.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I don't follow the IdP.bat change, but that whole piece is very unclear to me to start with. Does that need to change if we leave the files in webapp/ and just change the way the build-war target works? Guessing not.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">Also will need to test if my failonerror changes are appropriate. I noted that the original ant task has those set to false, but I didn't know why. It seemed like a bad idea to have a build-war step fail silently, if that's what that actually means.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I did deliberately want to remove the unpacked "source" of the final war build. I'd rather have the war stand alone as the reference for what's actually running and not have any question about whether what's in some directory is what's being used. People can always unpack it or do a jar tvf on it.</p>
