<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">Thanks Scott I'll review - but it may be tomorrow of Thursday before I get to it.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I have always view the layout of the distribution as sacrosanct and as a result the windows installer has to mess with things, I was worried that th change might affect the build of the installer but it looks as though thats one of the ones that doesn't change.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">If we are cracking that open that would be good (so long as the down stream projects continue to work). I'd happily see the .dist suffix go if we decided to, that gets rid of that horrid globbing. OTOH its also make-work.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">But can we go further? its not obvious why we have the dist dist/conf as well as conf (ditto flows views and messages) - can we get rid of that ? It doesn't appear to be being used in the installer and those are all folders that the windows installer builder has to destroy.</p>
