<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I did some more research on this one.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">The tmp directory is there, but the .gitkeep file inside does not appear in the zip. This means that the directory is empty and the installer treats empty folders the way that git does - it doesn't create them.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I built a copy of the zip file with a file in there and built the installer from that and it all worked.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I'm not sure how to fix this. Is it possible to make the directory non empty in the distribution? That would be best. </p>
