<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">Not sure I can give you any more info. I'm not sure how to tell if WOW is enabled or not, but LUA and file/registry virtualization are enabled, and indeed using regedit I can see that those keys have the expected values. Will trying the logging, and trying to install 3.2.1.1 over "itself" (a system already upgraded to 3.2.1.1), yield the info you might need to see why your experience is different than what I've seen? Would having changed security settings on who can write to the Java directory make a difference?</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">It might just be that the only solution/fix here is to add a comment to the Wiki that some installers have experienced that the shibd_idpw settings have not stayed the same after upgrading, so always go and double-check after an upgrade.</p>
