Daniel had to bite off all the third party libraries and the inferred settings ("in the pruneStratygy use the supplied the duration for the period parameter and double it for the idle parameter")</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">There is a horrid edge condition somewhere (I cannot remember where. I can find out if you want) which was documented as <em>SECONDS</em> and then had an XML duration added. That bit us early in 3.0 and I'm pretty sure we fixed, not sure how.</p>
<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">> but note that that converter for Duration assumes millisecond units.<br /> The data connector parsers handle that - there is a second parameter to the worked function which is the divisor so you can specify "Take this duration but plug it in as seconds".</p>
