<p style="margin: 10px 0 0 0">I installed the IDP to c:\opt\shibboleth-idp. Jetty went where you indicated above. Since is spawns the Jetty install from the main app, they are kind of independent yet linked by the installer. I cannot get the product to install/run using the documentation on the site. It has been quite frustrating. So I am trying to uninstall it a second time and having this issue. I will try to get the uninstall.log. There is nothing in the Jetty/logs folder but a file called .DONOTDELETE. There are logs in ProcRun showing the service attempting to start. The service tries to start, then stops. No even in Event viewer other than the service has stopped. There is no <span class="error">[TARGET]</span>\idp\logs folder. There is no idp folder that I can find. There is no idp.ini to edit as the docs state. I would appreciate you trying it and see if you get same result. This is a plain vanilla server with nothing on it. I tried your uninstall (msiexec) line above and it fails to run the installer.</p>
