I believe you can set the argument to null in Spring if you have to, but I didn't have to try. If you wanted to bump the opensaml version of course, you could add Timerless versions of the ctors also.</p>
<p>In the SP when I've introduced settings that are just there to address bugs (and have appropriate default behavior), I've mostly finessed it, but that obviously hasn't been the intent of Chad's policies. It just gets messy here unless we're prepared to rev everything, so maybe the best option is to do the least possible.</p></div>
