<p>Another issue is that the cleanup flow would have to explicitly configured like any other interceptor would, which might look a little awkward.</p>

<p>OTOH, I guess if this new flow could be designed and documented in such a way that it could handle cleanup for any interceptor that meets certain design constraints, then it would be even better since that would offload that work from people.</p>

<p>As far as the orchestration issue, we could always adjust the InterceptorContext and the Select action to track the flows that have actually run, alongside the tracking of which ones have been checked for applicability. It wouldn't be that hard to determine whether particular flows ran or not.</p></div>
