<p>' to generate the complete list of jars and added them to catalina.properties to the "skip" list.</p>
<p>That trimmed startup from about 250-300 seconds down to 146 and it prevents the log errors. So it's still doing something crazy.</p>
<p>I don't really feel like debugging Tomcat, this is just more evidence that Jetty kicks its ass. If somebody makes the choice to keep running this dog, they can figure out how to speed it up. I'll leave this open to document what I determined on our prep page.</p></div>
