<p>The nocopy flow does this, but the copy one doesn't.  I've added this and am testing.</p>

<p>I'd welcome input on the structure of the dependencies.</p>

<p>I have tended to use dependencies to say "These are subtasks to run before you run this (potentially empty) task", rather than "these are peer tasks which set up input to this task", leaving the latter to the level above to orchestrate.  </p>

<p>I can certainly add peer dependencies (so allinput would depend on v2v3preopulate and v2v3preopulate on gettarget), but my fear is that the dependencies might become unmanageablely long (they are pretty complex/tricky right now), so I have left them out.  </p>
