It seems to be checking for existing keypair files before running the v2v3prepopulate task, so it thinks it needs to generate keys (and prompts for the keystore password) before it renames the old idp.* files to the new names that determine whether the keys exist or not.</p>
<p>It's a little beyond me to try and reorder the tasks right now, I wasn't sure how early the v2v3prepopulate task can run, but it seems to need to be pretty early.</p></div>
