May also want to do some validation on the acceptable key length(s) of the byte[] relative to the key algorithm specified.</p>
<p style='margin-top:0;margin-bottom:10px;'>Not sure if we should keep supporting the password stuff on all these decode() methods (at least SecretKey and PublicKey and Certificates). That was a Chad thing and it never really made sense to me, I'm not aware that most of those can be password-encrypted (excepting PrivateKey of course).</p>
