<p>There is a new SignatureValidationParametersCriterion which is evaled by the SignatureTrustEngine impls if present.  Works for both XML and raw signatures.</p>

<p>Updated the signature-validating MessageHandlers to add this criterion to the CriteriaSet that they build for input to the trust engine, using the data from the MessageContext, if it's present.  </p>

<p>For the metadata SignatureValidationFilter, didn't need to make further changes.  It could work 2 ways.  The filter has since always taken an injected default CriteriaSet which is added to the one built internally and which could be used to pass the (statically populated) parameters criterion.  Alternatively, the SignaturePrevalidator with which the filter can be injected could include the algorithm validating one, populated accordingly.</p></div>
